I saw a man standing on a corner wearing dirty clothes, with uncombed hair and looking like
he had a hard life. He had yellow police crime scene tape tied around his head. What a revelation! How many of us are walking around tattered and torn on the inside like a crime scene, but because we are
a little more economically blessed, we’re able to cover our wounded selves with descent clothes, housing and toiletries? Do we have invisible police tape or maybe walls around us keeping others out? Maybe if we allow someone in, some things
might get healed. The tape seemed to warn others to stay away. The man was there quite often. Maybe, he didn’t trust
anyone to help him. Are you that man or wo-man who has invisible crime scene
tape or some other barrier up to prevent entrance by someone else, including God,
into your situation? Even a crime
scene needs to be investigated. Rev.3 says He stands at the door and knocks. Let someone in to help.
"THOUGHT-PROVOKING MOMENTS"
Encourage... Minister... Motivate!!!
Called to minister
to all, especially women and youth who are often "dismissed" in some fashion and
on a daily basis, ignored, rejected, attacked, and overlooked
by
the
intimidated, the condescending,
the misinformed, and those who were once rejected themselves, especially in the church and ministry.
As one called to MINISTER and to MOTIVATE, God has blessed me with a determination to be "free with me" &
with a boldness to continue WALKING
in your call.
I am charged to encourage others to continue walking in that which
they have been called to and towards that which they have been PROMISED.
